Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled with care. As we are a small business, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched, particularly during busy periods. We work hard to process every order as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience and support.

Missing Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. While we do everything we can to ensure your parcel reaches you safely, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact Royal Mail using your tracking information to begin an enquiry. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, but we will review each case individually and may offer a refund or replacement in certain circumstances, depending on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.
